FNB Eswatini has launched its Swipe for the Win campaign, giving customers a chance to share E100 000 in prizes as the bank celebrates 30 years in the country.
The campaign was unveiled on Tuesday at Mica Hardware and Spar Matsapha Lifestyle. According to Nosizwe Sigwane, FNB Head of Transact and Deposits, the initiative is designed to promote safe and convenient card transactions during the festive season.
She said customers who swipe at participating FNB-banked retailers across the country over the next six weeks will qualify for cash-back rewards on their purchases. “Swiping is safe, convenient and allows customers to carry less cash while managing their spending more effectively,” she said.
The bank said 30 retailers across all four regions are part of the promotion, giving every customer a chance to win.
Among the first winners was golfer Raymond Mathonsi, who received his prize at Spar Matsapha Lifestyle. “It feels good to have free lunch. I swipe all the time and I love the convenience it brings,” he said.
Another customer, Nomalungelo Sukati, said swiping has helped her manage her budget. “When I have cash, I end up using it carelessly, but swiping allows me to save and track my spending,” she said.
