Mbabane – Staff from the National Emergency Response Council on HIV and AIDS (NERCHA) gathered on Thursday for the Women’s Health and Wellness Day at their Mbabane offices.
The event kicked off with a morning walk aimed at promoting physical wellness among the women. Participants later engaged in discussions covering Sexual and Reproductive Health, Gender-Based Violence and the Law, as well as Family Health.
Organisers said the sessions equipped attendees with practical knowledge and skills to improve their personal wellbeing and professional effectiveness. NERCHA officials added that empowering women in the workplace strengthens teams and contributes to a healthier organisational environment.
