Mbabane – Six homegrown businesses have joined a new six-month innovation programme launched yesterday by Oracle Group Eswatini in partnership with Thinkroom Consulting. The initiative, dubbed the “Innovate Lab,” was unveiled at Oracle’s headquarters in Mbabane.
The selected startups — LUNA Hair & Body, Beef Boys, New Vibe, Aquaritech IT, and Benanial — will receive support in business development, mentorship, and access to entrepreneurial networks. The programme is aimed at boosting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and positioning them for long-term sustainability and scale.
Oracle’s Head of Pricing & Design, Samkelo Ginindza, told attendees that supporting SMEs aligns closely with the group’s mission and long-term commitment to building Eswatini’s economic backbone.

Guest speaker Zethu Dlamini, founder of the Marketing Association of Retail Companies (MARC), reflected on her own journey of over a decade in business. She encouraged the entrepreneurs to remain authentic, build strong networks, and embrace failures as stepping stones.
Thinkroom representatives also addressed the gathering, bringing lessons from their work with startups across the continent and expressing their confidence in the potential of Eswatini’s emerging businesses.
The Innovate Lab will run until early 2026.
