More than 30 schools from different parts of Eswatini took part in a teacher training workshop this week in preparation for the 2025 JA Company of the Year competition.
The workshop, held under the theme “Climate Transformation and the Usage of AI”, introduced teachers to this year’s focus on combining sustainability with technology. The session was facilitated by the Innovators Association of Eswatini, who engaged participants in collaborative discussions and idea development.
The training aims to prepare teachers to better support students taking part in the annual entrepreneurship challenge, which promotes innovation among young people in secondary schools.
JA Eswatini’s Executive Director, Phetsile Masilela, thanked the participating teachers for their ongoing support, saying their involvement has been key to the programme’s success across the country.
