Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Prince Simelane, has presented the Law Reform and Development Bill, 2024 to the Ministry of Justice Portfolio Committee.
The bill seeks to modernize Eswatini’s legal system and ensure that the country’s laws are in line with current national development priorities.
The ministry says the bill is part of efforts to improve access to justice and support ongoing legal reforms in the Kingdom.
