The Eswatini Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Trade has launched a three-day Stakeholder Consultation Workshop aimed at shaping its strategic direction for 2025-2030. Ambassador Melusi Masuku, the ministry’s Principal Secretary, officially opened the session today, bringing together key stakeholders from various sectors.
Participants engaged in group discussions focusing on key achievements, challenges, milestones, and comprehensive assessments, including SWOT and PESTEL analyses, as well as risk evaluations. The discussions are expected to inform the ministry’s future plans and policies.
On the second day, attendees will draft new Vision, Mission, and Value statements, laying the foundation for the ministry’s long-term objectives.
