Mbabane: Lucky Mamba, a lucky Eswatini Mobile customer has won E500 000 from the ongoing ‘Become A Millionaire’ Eswatini Mobile promotion.
Mamba won in a roughly draw conducted by the company on Tuesday, and the draw was broadcasted live on Eswatini Mobile Facebook Page and Channel YemaSwati.
Eswatini Mobile also confirmed the winner by posting on their social media pages saying “Congratulations to Lucky Mamba who won the E500 000 cash prize.”
This is part of the ongoing Become A Millionaire competition currently run by Eswatini Mobile. In the competition, customers were expected to purchase airtime at a minimum of E100 airtime which will enable them to enter the draw.
Lucky Mamba whose number was drawn as a winner of the E500 000 grand prize for the month of May but his phone rang unanswered when he was called after his number was drawn.
Eswatini Mobile Chief Marketing Officer Khulile Dlamini said they will ensure to contact the winner until he claims his price.
Worth noting is that the terms and conditions of the competition spell it clearly that the winners will be contacted telephonically, and if a winner does not claim his or her price within 7 days another draw will be conducted.
Competition
The ‘Become A Millionaire’ promotion is open to ALL their customers, post-paid and prepaid, and it will run for three months on May, June, and July
According to Eswatini Mobile E500, 000 will be won in May, E750 000 in June, and E1 000 000 in July.
To take part in the promotion, a customer must have an active SIM card and recharge with a minimum of E100 which could be could be a once-off or multiple recharges.
At the end of each month, the company will conduct a public draw and the lucky winner will be announced.
