SHISELWENI – The Royal Eswatini Police Service Fraud Unit in Shiselweni is seeking public assistance in locating 41 year old Machawe Gama of Lubhuku, who is wanted in connection with alleged theft by false pretences cases committed around Maseyisini.
According to police, Gama is suspected of deceiving several victims by promising to build houses for them. He allegedly defrauded one victim of E200 000.00 under the pretext of providing construction services.
The suspect, a Liswati national from Lubhuku in Mpaka, is believed to have targeted multiple individuals in the area using similar tactics. Police say investigations are ongoing as they work to trace his whereabouts.
The Royal Eswatini Police Service has urged members of the public with information that may lead to his arrest to come forward. Those with details can contact Shiselweni RCBO Mr Mthembu on 7603 3571, Incharge Fraud Lungile Dladla on 7630 0682 or Investigator S Maziya on 7627 6125.
