Mbabane – Eswatini hip hop artists Lyrikal Busta and As 4 JerryP have announced a nationwide tour titled Catsatsa Ekasi Lakho, set to begin on January 31 2026 at Edladleni Lounge in Siphocosini.
The announcement has stirred wide reaction on social media, with fans welcoming the move to take hip hop performances beyond major towns and into communities across all four regions of the country. The tour title loosely translates to We are coming to your community, capturing the artists’ intention to connect directly with grassroots audiences.
Running from January to August 2026, the tour will travel through Manzini, Mpaka, Siteki, Mbabane, Nhlangano, Piggs Peak, Ngwenya, Malkerns, Bhunya and Ezulwini. It is scheduled to conclude on August 1 in Big Bend and Lavumisa.
The collaboration brings together two of Eswatini’s most talked about hip hop names. Lyrikal Busta is a long standing figure on the local music scene, with a performance record that includes major platforms such as the MTN Bushfire Festival. As 4 JerryP represents a newer generation of artists and has recently gained strong online attention following the release of his hit single Mlentengamunye, which continues to circulate widely on digital platforms.
The tour draws inspiration from the duo’s collaborative song Inkhanyeti, a track that has gained national popularity for its chorus Uyinkhanyeti wena. The song also features LK Baba and has received consistent airplay and online engagement.
Speaking on the motivation behind the tour, Lyrikal Busta said the journey is meant to personally acknowledge supporters across the country.
“Our aim is to reach every corner of Eswatini and show appreciation to the people who have supported us throughout our journey,” he said, adding that audiences should expect high quality performances and memorable live experiences.
Catsatsa Ekasi Lakho will also include open mic sessions at every stop, aimed at identifying and promoting emerging artists. The organisers described this component as central to the tour, offering upcoming talent a platform to perform alongside established acts.
The tour is powered by Upscale Live in collaboration with Motion Skies. A full schedule of dates has already been shared on social media, giving fans and aspiring performers time to prepare for the events.
