MANZINI – Over 5,000 jobs could soon be available for residents of Sisingeni in the Shiselweni Region following plans unveiled by the Madvonsela Kunene Foundation during an investment conference held at The George Hotel on Friday.
The foundation, which has been working in community development across the country, is rolling out business ventures in agriculture, manufacturing, and renewable energy. These projects aim to create employment while promoting skills development, especially for youth and women in rural areas.
According to officials at the conference, the planned ventures are part of a broader goal to decentralise economic opportunities, targeting underserved areas like Sisingeni that have been historically left behind in development efforts.
