LOBAMBA — King Mswati III on Thursday received a special envoy sent by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia, in a visit aimed at delivering a message from the Saudi leadership and advancing relations between the two monarchies.
The envoy, Faisal bin Falah Al Harbi, who serves as Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Eswatini, was entrusted with conveying the communication directly to the King during an audience.
Upon arrival, the diplomat was received by Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Senator Pholile Shakantu before proceeding to the royal engagement.
Officials said the meeting reflects growing diplomatic ties between the two Kingdoms and the importance of bilateral cooperation, with both sides continuing to explore partnership opportunities that could benefit their citizens and support regional stability.

Minister of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation Senator Pholile Shakantu wrote “Today, I had the privilege of welcoming and presenting a special envoy from His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia and His Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to His Majesty King Mswati III. The envoy, H.E. Mr. Faisal bin Falah Al Harbi, who is the Saudi Arabian ambassador to Eswatini, was assigned the important task of delivering a message from the Saudi leadership to His Majesty.”
