SIDVOKODVO – Ever dreamed of strutting into a major music event like the diva you are—without even paying for a ticket? Well, now’s your chance!
The team behind the 5th Annual Diva’s Concert is giving away free VIP tickets to fans who show off their inner diva as part of the #DefineADiva Challenge on Facebook.
According to the festival director, Thembinkosi Mthethwa, to qualify, one must post a 30–60 seconds video on the official Diva’s Concert Facebook page, with the #DefineADiva, showing or telling of what being a diva means to you.
The competition closes on July 18, 2025 with winners set to be announced on July 21, 2025.
Mthethwa, who described the event as “the most electric concerts of the year,” said the competition only runs on the Facebook page.
“All you have to do is show us your version of a diva,” he said.
“Whether you’re fierce, fashionable, funny, dramatic, soulful, or stylish—this is your moment to shine. And it’s not just for bragging rights.”
The five videos with the most likes will each win two VIP tickets.
It gives access to the celebration of women in music, happening on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at The Olive Country Lodge in Sidvokodvo.
“So, rally your friends. Post your video, and let your diva energy light up the timeline and tell us what makes the Diva’s Concert so iconic?” Mthethwa said.

Empowerment.
It started at The George Hotel in 2019, growing over the years into this platform that blends regional star power with local excellence.
The 5th Diva’s Concert is pulling out all the stops with two South African headliners for the first time ever:
- Siphokazi Maraqana – Jazz legend, known for her powerful voice and multiple music awards
- DJ Zinhle – Internationally recognized DJ, producer, and media mogul bringing electrifying house beats
They’ll be joined by some of Eswatini’s most celebrated women in music, including:
- Nothando Hlophe (Gospel)
- Floewe Dladla (Soul)
- Velemseni Ndzimandze (Afro-Soul)
- Cleopatra Methula (Country)
- Originelle (Hip-Hop)
- Sarnilo (Afro-Fusion)
