Mbabane: Former Director of Social Welfare in the office of the Deputy P[rime Minister’s office Moses Dlamini (51) was among seven drink driving offenders , who were arrested on Xmas and he is facing six counts including that of culpable homicide.

He was charged with allegedly knocking down 2 pedestrians including a 8 year old girl of Siphocosini , who was certified death upon arrival in the Mbabane Government Hospital on the day. He was also charged with unlawfully driving a government vehicle after working hours.

According to the charge sheet, Dlamini alleged has a strong smell of alcohol and he committed a hit and run
