Mbabane: Hub giants Manzini Wanderers have received a sponsorship from a sports company based in the neighboring county South Africa.
The hub giant has received 25 soccer boots from Puma on Saturday. The equipment comes at a time whereby the country domestic league is expected to go underway in the next coming weekend after it was postponed twice in the past Weeks.
The sponsorship was communicated by the hub giant Public Relation Officer (PRO) Mlungisi Ndzinisa.” We had an agreement with the South African company (puma) to supply us with the soccer boots for the coming season and we have now received 25 soccer boots” said the hub giant Public Relation Officer (PRO).
Ndzinisa also said that as a team they will continue using their last year’s technical kit this season as they feel that it was never marketed the well last season. Ndzinisa is hoping that this season they will be able to market it well during the 2021/2022 season.
The maroon and white assembly have been busy in the market since the beginning of the pre-season. The hub giant has recently acquired the service of Former Sisonkhe captain Bonginkhosi “Babo” Simelane who have signed a three-year contract on the dotted line.
The team has also recently confirmed the signings of nine new players who are Black Swallows number one goalkeeper Bongiswa Dlamini and Tambuti midfielder Reagan Kangumbu to name but only a few acquisitions. The hub giant is expected to kick start the new season with Manzini Sea Birds when the 2021/2022 season get underway.
