Ezulwini: Vibrant and long serving Pigg’s Peak Black Swallows chairman Charles Matsebula is the new Premier League of Eswatini (PLE) Head of Administration in the new executive committee which will lead the organization for the four years in office.
The news of Matsebula’s new role in the committee was relayed by the (PLE) executive member Mashumi Shongwe during a press briefing which was held on Saturday November 14 at Ezulwini Happy Valley Resort after a special meeting of the new executive committee which is chared by Denver Sundowns boss Mark Carmichael.
Co-opted member Mashumi Shongwe, delegated by the PLE Chairman Carmichael to address the members of the media about the duties of the new executive members where Matsebula was tasked to be the head of administration. All the members of the (PLE) Executive were given roles for the smooth running of the organization, where Sipho ‘Tsetla’ Bhembe was given the role of Head of Operations, Victor Rodrigues being the Head of Finance, Mashumi Shongwe given the Head of Policies, Sibusiso ‘Scorpion’ Nxumalo being Head of Marketing and Rudolph Matsenjwa heading the Human Resource office.
The PLE is working on kick starting the new 2020/2021 season with projections pointing to a December 12 start with the regional play-offs to confirm teams for the National First Division coming from the different Super Leagues.
