We Remain Committed to Customer Care

EPTC is committed to giving our customers the best experience through our services and products that far exceed their expectations. You enable us to bring you the best products and services through paying your service bills on time. We cannot do it without our customers and stakeholders.

Pay Your Bill & Stay Connected

As the battle against the coronavirus pandemic (COVID_19) is not over, your safety and that of our employees remains our top priority, we encourage the use of electronic banking means and direct payments directly into our bank accounts.

There is no need to have your services suspended for non-payment, pay your bills at your convenience and comfort of your home using electronic banking means to ensure you stay connected.

This will also limit the risks of having to carry cash around for the safety of our customers.

This applies to all EPTC services: Eswatini Post Office and Eswatini Telecom

You can request your bill to be sent to you on email then pay.

Disconnection of your service means disruptions to your ‘new normal’ of working or studying and home entertainment. Make sure you do not miss out on your schedule, continue to enjoy staying at home and be safe from COVID-19.

Not Sure How Much to Pay?

If for any reason you do not receive your bill, please call us on 800 200 or 971 to inquire about your bill.  Have your customer number or account number which starts with a P or a V at hand when you call. If you are not sure of your customer number, have your national identity document (ID) number for ease of searching on our system. Your bill will be emailed to you so that you can make payment and stay connected.

Businesses have a dedicated Key Accounts Manager (KAM) who will attend to all your enquiries. Call your KAM for all your enquiries.

Reference

When paying your bill, make sure you use your customer number as reference. This is important to ensure your account is correctly credited. Customer number start with the letter V or P followed by digits. Each customer has a unique customer number.

The customer number is included in the monthly bill and statement.

Proof of Payment

After paying your account, please make sure you send the proof of payment by email to [email protected].

Statement

You can send an email to [email protected] to enquire about your account or statement.
