Eswatini like the rest of the world is still working hard to minimize the infections of the coronavirus (COVID_19). We can all do our part to flatten the curve. The EPTC group of companies aligns and strongly supports the Government of Eswatini and World Health Organisation’s (WHO) initiatives to preserve people’s lives. We remain focused on providing world class communications connectivity while looking after the wellbeing and health of our employees, customers, service providers and stakeholders alike.
It is up to all of us, individually and collectively, to do everything in our power to flatten the curve or minimize the spread of the virus, to create time for health systems to respond effectively, and to keep the social and economic damage caused by the pandemic to a minimum.
This is not the time to relax as the battle is still on. Let us continue to practice all safety precautions as the fight against COVID_19 is not yet over. We are delighted to remind our customers of the various ways they can continue to access and pay for services digitally.
Hygiene
We care about you so much that we have taken steps according to guidelines given by the WHO and endorsed by Ministry of Health. We also ask that you protect us as we do our best to serve you.
Our staff members have been trained and provided with precautionary safety materials and #WASH their hands regularly for atleast 20 seconds. Customers will notice the sanitizer stations when you enter our premises and customer service centers like the Post Offices and Telecentres. We request that everyone entering the service centres to #WearAMask properly completely covering the nose, mouth and chin and #SANITISE in the provided sanitizing stations. Customers are continuously reminded to practice #Social Distancing when queuing for services as they will all be attended to accordingly.
Paying your Bills
Payment for any of our products can be made electronically through EFT and proof of payment emailed to us to be able to credit your accounts accordingly. Remember to use your customer number which starts with V or P as reference when you pay online. This number is included on your bill and statement. Email your proof of payment to nomfundom@sptc.co.sz . You can also request your statement or current bill from the same email address. This initiative greatly reduces the need for our valued customers to make unnecessary trips to service centers for regular transactions and can safely do so from the comfort of their homes.
