‘Now that Members of Parliament have been elected, it is time to appoint the captain of the ship’. This were the words of His Majesty King Mswati III as he implored Emaswati to counsel him through Sibaya in the selection of the Prime Minister.
“Sibaya is the country’s national council and is supposed to advise the king. With Sibaya advises, that will mean all is going well. Before I appoint a Prime Minister, Emaswati must discuss about the apropriate individual and other thorny issues. The discussions must spread to the nation social well-being, peace and development. It is time to cough out all that is in your hearts to avoid heart attacks,” the king said.
His Majesty said a panel will be put in place to deliberate on the different issues but the nation can add theirs.
