Mbabane: Eswatini Post and Telecommunications Corporation has lived to its promise of supporting Vulamasango recreational facility.
Eswatini Telecom Charity Cup project donated 1100 protective face masks to His Majesty’s Correctional Services. The donation will be used by Vulamasango to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
The EPTC team that was led by Nqobile Magagula Corporate Affairs Manager and Nelson Khoza Senior Manager of Customer Service donated 1100 mask today.
Speaking during the event Nqobile Magagula said Eswatini Telecom Charity has adopted Vulamasango recreational facility thus the need to make the donation. She said the face mask will help the facility in the fight against COVID 19.She also said that from the information they have about the pupils, they hope that each will get a pair of mask which will allow them to wash one while wearing the other. She encourages the facility to keep hygiene.
She also emphasized that the donation is part of their ongoing relationship with the facility. Commissioner General Phindile Dlamini received the masks on behalf of Vulamasango and she thanked EPTC for the kind gesture they always show towards them. She promised that the mask will go a long way in preventing the spread of the pandemic COVID-19.
