Mbabane- Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini takes an oath after declaring his assets and liabilities before the Eswatini Commission on Human Rights and Public Administration this morning.
This is one of duties or rather responsibilities expected to be done as part of the government’s commitment to transparency and accountability, it goes in line with Section 241 of the constitution of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Which states that holds an official position shall submit to the Integrity Commission, a written declaration of all property, assets owned by or any benefits gained or liabilities owned by the holder of that office whether directly or indirectly. Within six months after the commencement of the Integrity Commission or before taking office. The Eswatini Commission on Human Rights and Public Administration is responsible for ensuring compliance with the nation’s laws and regulations at all times.
