Linda Dlamini begins local church tours

Gospel Artist Linda Dlamini

Mbabane: While church gatherings are banned in a bid to curb the spread of the coronavirus, award winning gospel artist hosted Princess Ncengencenge to preach on his virtual worship show.

The show was hosted live by Evolve Studios on Linda Dlamini Facebook page and YouTube channel.

The award-winning gospel artist hosted the show dubbed “The Battle is Not Yours” where the Princes delivered a powerful sermon on the subject.

The show that got over 1200 live views got people wowed and possibly revived through worship and the word of God. It lasted for about 1 hour and was characterized by worship from Dlamini and preaching of the word.

Some of the songs rendered by Dlamini included those from the ‘Old Revival’ music album released in February 2020.

“It’s a new way of worship since church gatherings are banned,” Dlamini said.

Part of her Introduction before preaching the Princesses introduced here self by officially declaring that she was a born again Christian.

She said she accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord and savior in 2002. She stated that she is an ordained pastor and she did bible classes to capacitate herself and boost his knowledge in ministry. “I knew that the Lord has called me and I did go to bible school, I was then ordained a pastor by Bishop Robert Kasaro in 2008 at the Jesus calls worship centre.

The princess advised everyone who is called or have received a calling to ensure that they pray and fast always about it, and always consult God, because these were the end times. She added that if someone is called they must quickly spring to the ministry and works of God and not delay because there is no time. “Everyone called must always be quick to begin the work of God and do what they are called for. She mentioned that it was why she did not hesitate to welcome the invitation by Linda to preach because she believes that she was called for that ministry.

The Princess emphasized that when it was important to serve under a certain ministry and get the foundation of being led and guided while growing and doing the work of God.

Opening her session the princess thanked god for the opportunity of getting the platform and preaching. Her preaching was taken from the book of 2 chronicles 20: 15 “He said, listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! Do not be afraid or discouraged of this vast army. For the battle is not yours but God’s”.

In this chapter God was speaking to King Jehoshaphat, the Princess elaborated on the life of King Jehoshaphat whom since the beginning of the chapter he is referred to as one of the Kings who feared God. He was involved in a battle with other Kings whom he had formed alliance with, the battle was a tough one but the lord come through for them and they won the battle since God was with them.

Speaking to this publication Kufeziwe Communications Public relations officer Nomfundo Mkhubu thanked Her Royal Highness for honoring the invitation to come and preach on the show on a subject aimed to encourage the nation that the battle we are facing is now our but for the lord.  She said when the ability of man comes to an end, God begins to work, likening the situation to the battle of COVID-19 the whole world is facing, saying even this time where we do not know what to do in the current situation brought by the pandemic. “Let us hand over everything to God, who is the creator to take care of the situation, the battle is not ours”.
