Mbabane: The total number of confirmed cases in Eswatini has increased to 1011 as a total of 23 new cases confirmed on Monday.
Minister of Health Lizzie Nkosi through a Ministerial statement said the ministry received 350 results of which 23 came out positive.
Nkosi said there has been an increased in the number of recovered patients as 17 patients were cleared of COVID-19. Nkosi said the number of active cases stands at 411.
According to the Minister’s statement, Manzini region has recorded 554 cases followed by Hhohho region with 263 cases, Lubombo and Shiselweni regions have recorded 98 and 96 cases respectively.
