Mbabane: Minister of Health Lizzie Nkosi has announced an additional of four (4) recoveries and 1 new case.
Nkosi made this announcement through a Ministerial statement issued on Tuesday giving update on COVID-19 response in Eswatini.
The total number of recoveries in the country now stands at 198 while the total number of cases has increased to 294.
According to the Minister’s statement there are 45 patients who have been admitted at the hospital while there 46 who are being treated from home. Total number of deaths stands at three (3).

The recovery rate in Eswatini has increased to 67. 3percent. Nkosi said the increase in the recovery numbers is very encouraging.

Nkosi lauded all frontline healthcare workers have been working tirelessly in treating infected patients in the country. Nkosi also appreciated law enforcement officials who have been assisting the ministry in curbing the spread of the coronavirus in the kingdom as Police have been conducting screening for temperatures during roadblocks that were all over the country.
