Mbabane– EPTC and MTN Eswatini have joined the list of partners for the 2026 FNB Eswatini Challenge, which will be held at the Ezulwini Golf and Country Club from August 10 to 15.
The three organisations will provide internet connectivity, courier services and golfing facilities during tournament week as preparations continue for the fifth edition of the event.
EPTC will provide internet connectivity at the Ezulwini Golf and Country Club, while Phutfumani will handle courier services and assist with the movement of tournament-related materials between Eswatini and South Africa.
MTN Eswatini’s Golf Park will serve as the official driving range and will also host the inaugural Junior Golf Day.
The three organisations join AD Enterprises, aQuelle, Oracle Group Eswatini, Sgonian Republik and Destiny Events as partners of the tournament.
FNB Eswatini Chief Marketing Officer Sibusile Dlamini said the participation of the three organisations reflected the growing interest in the tournament.
“We are excited to have EPTC, Phutfumani and MTN among our tournament partners for this year’s FNB Eswatini Challenge. It is encouraging to see local organisations of this stature working with us in delivering the Challenge,” she said.
EPTC Chief Marketing Officer Khulile Dlamini said reliable internet services would be provided throughout tournament week to support operations, media coverage and communication among stakeholders.
She said Phutfumani would provide courier services locally and across the border to assist with the movement of documents, equipment and other materials required during the event.
“Events of this scale depend on strong partnerships and efficient operational support behind the scenes. We are pleased to provide connectivity and courier services during the tournament,” she said.
MTN Eswatini Chief Marketing Officer Meshack Maseko said the company was pleased to be involved in the tournament and would contribute to the experience of players, spectators and young golfers.
He said sport created opportunities, promoted discipline and brought communities together.
“The FNB Eswatini Challenge has become one of the country’s leading sporting events. It attracts regional attention while giving local golfers an opportunity to compete alongside professional players and display their talent,” said Maseko.
The FNB Eswatini Challenge forms part of the Sunshine Tour calendar and attracts professional golfers from Eswatini and other countries, including South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, Greece and Korea.
The tournament’s main competition will be played at the Ezulwini Golf and Country Club from August 13 to 15.
It will be preceded by a two-day Client Pro-Am, during which FNB clients and stakeholders will play alongside selected professional golfers.
