Mbabane: Despite no encouraging signs on when the new football season will get underway, Mbabane Swallows are bolstering their squad.

On Thursday, the red and white glamour side announced the signing of Moneni Pirates midfielder Nhlanhla ‘Jive’ Nkosi and defender Kingsley Kwakyi from Manzini Sundowns. This is just over a month after unveiling midfield maestro Leon Manyisa, on a season long loan from FC Vovovo.

In a statement released by team Marketing and Communications Manager Mancoba Mabuza, Swallows welcomed the two players to the ‘nest’.

“Congratulations to these players for joining Eswatini’s number one football club and one of the most reputable brands on the African continent. Welcome home,” it read.

  • Nhlanhla ‘Jive’ Nkosi pens his Mbabane Swallows contract.

“The entire Mbabane Swallows family is grateful to the Club President for his great leadership prowess and for continuing to get us the best players in the market as we strengthen an already powerful team.
