Mbabane – The Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority (EIPA) will unveil Buy Eswatini 2.0: Connecting Buyers and Sellers via e-Commerce Platform during the Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. The launch will take place at the FNB Business Chamber from 12:30 to 15:00.
Central to the event will be the introduction of the buyeswatini.shop App, a new digital marketplace developed to connect local businesses directly with consumers. The platform is expected to widen trade opportunities by boosting the online visibility of Eswatini’s enterprises and opening access to a broader customer base.
Exhibitors at the trade fair, along with entrepreneurs already producing goods for the market, will be the first to join the platform. Business associations such as the Eswatini National Agricultural Union (ESNAU), Federation of Eswatini Business Community (FESBC), Commerce for Women in Business (COMFWEB), Youth Chamber of Commerce, Organisation of Women in International Trade (OWIT), and local retailers are also expected to participate.
