Mbabane – The University of Eswatini has celebrated the successful completion of two flagship courses from its AI Academy, with over 200 participants from Eswatini and the wider region, including Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria.
The completed programs include the third cohort of Generative AI for Educators and the inaugural cohort of Mastering Generative AI for Professionals. The event also marked the launch of a new course, Generative AI for the Legal Profession, tailored to meet the needs of the legal sector.
UNESWA said the courses aim to equip professionals across sectors with the skills needed to apply AI in their workplaces and communities. The next intake for both programs begins on 22 September and will follow a flexible, self-paced structure to allow participants to learn conveniently.
