Matsapha – His Majesty King Mswati III has paid tribute to the Royal Eswatini Police Service for what he described as outstanding discipline, courage and readiness to serve the nation.
The King was speaking during the 22nd Police Day and Passing Out Parade, which was attended by dignitaries including a Special Envoy representing the King of Saudi Arabia.
Addressing hundreds of officers and guests, His Majesty commended the physical fitness and tactical skill displayed by the officers, singling out the snake formation drill that he said boosted public confidence in the police’s ability to face any threat and reassured investors of safety in the Kingdom.

The King further praised the Police Service for adapting to modern challenges by embracing technology to fight cybercrime and other sophisticated criminal activities. He told the new recruits, numbering 192, that they were now part of a proud legacy and urged them to serve with honour and commitment.
