Mbabane – Nsingizini Hotspurs will face some of South Africa’s top football clubs as part of their preseason build-up for the 2024/25 campaign.
The reigning MTN Premier League champions will travel to Mozambique this weekend before heading to South Africa, where they are scheduled to play two high-intensity friendly matches. The Hotspurs are set to meet Black Bulls F.C. at Lalgy Arena in Mozambique on Saturday, 19 July 2025, at 2:00 pm. Local fans will enjoy free entry to the match.
After their Mozambican outing, the Eswatini champions will travel to South Africa where they will lock horns with Sekhukhune United, who finished fourth in the DStv Premiership last season. That encounter is set for Thursday, 24 July 2025, at 10:00 am at Benoni Northerns Fields and will be played behind closed doors.
Nsingizini’s biggest challenge will come two days later when they take on Mamelodi Sundowns, the reigning South African league champions. The match is scheduled for Saturday, 26 July 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Royal Marang Hotel grounds in Rustenburg and will also be closed to the public.
