Luanda – HRH Prince Lonkhokhela is part of the Eswatini delegation attending the 2025 US-Africa Business Summit in Luanda, Angola, which runs from 22 to 25 June. He is accompanying Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini at the high-level forum held under the theme “Pathways to Prosperity: A shared vision for the US-Africa partnership.”
The summit brings together heads of state, ministers, and business leaders to discuss collaboration across key sectors. Prince Lonkhokhela, who serves as Minister of Natural Resources and Energy, is participating in sessions focused on energy and mining.
The discussions include topics such as US-Africa energy partnerships, innovations for electrification across the continent, and the future of critical minerals. These sessions are part of broader efforts to explore investment opportunities and knowledge exchange between the United States and African nations.
Joining the Prince in Angola are Director of Energy Thabile Nkosi, Commissioner of Mines Dr. Noah Nhleko, and representatives from the Eswatini Electricity Company.
