NGWANE PARK – Officers from the Eswatini National Fire, Rescue and Emergency Service (ENFRES) took part in a fire safety awareness engagement during a Sunday prayer service hosted by the Love of God Assembly.
The event formed part of the fire service’s ongoing community outreach programme and brought together first responders including ENFRES personnel, Emergency Medical Services, Correctional Services, the Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS), nurses, and members of the public.
Held under the theme “Working Together to Achieve One Goal,” the gathering created space for officers to share practical safety tips and information about their work. The session also served to honour their contribution to public service through prayer and fellowship.
The fire service says it remains open to invitations from other churches and community groups for similar engagements, which aim to educate the public on how to prevent and respond to fires.
