Nursing professionals gathered at Mountain View on Tuesday for a stakeholder meeting aimed at shaping a new digital tool designed to support their mental health. The session, led by Eswatini’s Wellness Program and consultant Kunal Taank, focused on the development of a self-assessment platform tailored for nurses across all levels.
The meeting was convened under the Nursing Leadership Initiative and brought together nurses from various cadres, along with officials from the Ministry of Health.
The proposed tool will enable nurses to regularly check in on their mental well-being, providing a structured way to detect early signs of stress or burnout and seek timely support.
