MBABANE, April 15, 2025 — Nedbank Eswatini and Big Game Parks have launched the 2025 Nedbank Imvelo MTB Classics, with the bank committing E300,000 in sponsorship for the 20th edition of the popular mountain biking event.
The official announcement was made this week, confirming the race will once again take place in Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, continuing a long-standing tradition that combines sport with community upliftment.
Proceeds from the event are earmarked for development initiatives in underprivileged communities within and around Mlilwane. Over the years, the race has become more than a sporting attraction — it’s a platform for positive social impact in rural Eswatini.
Nedbank described the sponsorship as part of its commitment to making a difference in the communities it serves, supporting both environmental conservation and economic development through strategic partnerships like this.
